- 2 medium size Carrot, grated,
- 12-15 French beans, finely chopped,
- ½ Cabbage, finely chopped,
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled, finely chopped,
- 2-4 Green chillies (less spicy) chopped,
- 3-4 Bread slice, trim the edges & cut it roughly,
- 1 ½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
- Salt to taste,
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped,
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed,
- Salt to taste,
- 3 tbsp Refined flour,
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch,
- ½ tsp Baking powder,
- ¼ tsp Baking soda,
- Oil for frying,
- 1 tbsp Oil,
- ½ inch Ginger, chopped,
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped,
- 2-3 Green chillies, chopped,
- 2 tbsp Spring onion (white part, bulb) chopped,
- Prepared Sauce Mixture,
- ¼ cup Stock or water,
- ¼ tsp Vinegar,
- ½ tsp dark Soy sauce,
- Fried Manchurian Balls,
- 1 ½ tsp Cornstarch slurry,
- 2-3 tbsp Spring onion, chopped,
- ½ tbsp Tender Coriander stem, finely chopped,
- ½ inch Ginger, finely chopped,
- 2 Green chillies, finely chopped,
- ½ cup Water,
- 1 tsp dark Soy sauce,
- ¼ cup Stock or water,
- 1 tsp Sugar,
- 1 tsp Vinegar,
- ¼ tsp Red chili sauce,
- White sesame seeds,
- Chili oil,
- Coriander sprig,

- In a large bowl, add carrot, french beans, cabbage, ginger, green
chillies, bread slice, ginger garlic paste.
- Add salt to taste, coriander leaves, black peppercorns, salt to
taste, refined flour, corn starch.
- Add baking powder, baking soda and mix everything well.
- Then take a small portion of the mixture in your hands.
- Roll it in your palm and make a round veggie ball.
- Make all veggie balls with the rest of the mixture and keep aside
for further use.
- Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is medium hot, gently put the
balls into the oil.
- Deep fry the balls in medium to hot oil until golden in color.
Remove and keep on an absorbent paper.
- Then heat the oil on high heat and then deep fry the balls a second
time until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove on an absorbent paper and keep aside for further use.
- In a bowl, add water, dark soya sauce, stock, sugar, vinegar, red
chili sauce and mix it well.
- Keep aside for further use.
- In a wok or kadai, add oil on high flame , add ginger, garlic,
spring onion and saute for 4-5 seconds.
- Add prepared sauce mixture, stock or water, vinegar, dark soy sauce
and mix well.
- Add fried manchurian balls, cornstarch slurry and mix well.
- Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.
- Add spring onion, tender coriander stems, ginger, green chili and
give a nice stir.
- Onces it’s done, transfer it into a serving dish.
- Garnish it with sesame seeds, chili oil, coriander sprig and serve
hot with rice.
