Paneer Angara

Paneer Angara is a flavorful and smoky North Indian dish where paneer cubes are marinated in a blend of yogurt, spices, and herbs, then grilled or pan-fried to perfection. The dish is known for its rich, smoky flavor, often achieved by using a traditional "dhungar" method, where a piece of charcoal is added for an aromatic finish. It is a popular appetizer or side dish, served with mint chutney.
