- 2 ½ cups Semolina
- 1 heaped tbsp Poha
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 ½ cup Curd, beaten
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ghee
- A pinch of Degi red chili powder
- A pinch of Malgapodi

- In a bowl, add semolina, poha, salt to taste, sugar, curd, ghee, water, oil and mix it well.
- Keep it aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Add water to adjust the consistency, add baking soda, oil and give it a gentle mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
