  • For Rava Idli Batter
  • 2 ½ cups Semolina
  • 1 heaped tbsp Poha
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ cup Curd, beaten
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp Oil
  • For Garnish
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • A pinch of Degi red chili powder
  • A pinch of Malgapodi
    • For Rava Idli Batter
    1. In a bowl, add semolina, poha, salt to taste, sugar, curd, ghee, water, oil and mix it well.
    2. Keep it aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Add water to adjust the consistency, add baking soda, oil and give it a gentle mix.
    4. Keep it aside for further use.
